Cheryl Allcock (Zak) earned her Bachelors in Social Science Welfare at The Ohio State University, studied Pre Law at Oxford University, College of Summerville and earned her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Cheryl, whose 20 years as a clinician and educator, has produced extraordinary results for families whose children were not excelling at other private or public schools. Ms. Allcock’s educational methodology inspires, motivates and engages these students and allows them to achieve results that were in many cases unthinkable to their families and even to the students themselves. Cheryl recently received the 2016 Community Leadership award from the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition, May 2016 for the Zombie accomplishments. (One of only 50 awards given in the United States each year.) Ms. Allcock surrounds herself with other likeminded educators who support and enhance her vision of educating those students whose learning styles and abilities are not recognized by other schools as assets.

In addition, since 2005 he has had substantial management experience, being a member of the Executive Committee and head of the IP group at DLA Piper, the world’s largest law firm. During his tenure as chair of the IP group, the group has grown from approximately $80M to $180M in revenue in the U.S., and recently was named the number one global IP practice. Mr. Allcock holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Boston College (summa cum laude), and obtained his law degree from Harvard Law School (cum laude). Mr. Allcock’s children attended a number of private schools, including Francis Parker, one of San Diego’s leading private schools, where he gained valuable exposure to private school operations in San Diego. Since 2013, Mr. Allcock has been on the Board of Arch Academy, a specialized private school in San Diego, most recently as Chair. Mr. Allcock is also a published author in the area of mindfulness, with the book “Forty Things I Wish I’d Told My Kids: Mindful Messages About Success, Happiness, Leather, Pickles, and the Use and Misuse of Imagination”, which is described by its New York publisher (Morgan James Publishing) as the first book to “present the essentials of mindfulness―not as something special and exotic, but as practical, down-to-Earth principles for living.” Mr. Allcock is a long time Del Mar resident.

He is currently running Sales and Strategy for ServiceLink, FNF’s centralized mortgage services provider. Under his leadership, RealEC became the industry’s premier Electronic Partner Network (EPN). Dan joined RealEC Technologies in 2002, serving as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer of RealEC Technologies before becoming President.
Before his time with RealEC Technologies, Dan held management positions with Fidelity National Financial, Remedial Technologies Network, LLC and Thermo Electron. Additionally, he performed consulting work in the engineering and systems design and analysis fields for the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Defense and related industries.
Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Villanova University while attending on a full academic Presidential Scholarship.
